Passion of Flies

Do you remember a time when you used to have some sorta collection like: stamps, coins, toys, badges, stickers or any kinda shit that looks cool to collect. Well my childhood started of just like that. I collect all kinds of shit I can get my hands on. I was like this little kid who wants to be that banker and the person who owns the most properties on a monopoly game, or those time when we played toy soldiers and when my soldiers were nearly wiped out, I would throw in reinforcements from the time I begged my mother to buy them for me. Damm… I can imagine myself being such an irritating kid! At least I had my childhood. So I remember the times when I would play toys with the other kids of my Dad’s friends. They always seem to have better toys than me, and I was like this kid with all the toys the commies left me with – they were all outdated. Who plays mini toy soldiers when they have Mask, who plays wind-up toy cars when they have micro-machines! I was devastated… so like the kid who made his own rules, I stole their toys (muahahahaha!!!) It wasn’t long until a call was received to tell my parents that the toys were in my wrongful hands. Bloody hell. Still those were the days of my life, and I still think about them ever so often…
My girlfriend collects papers. Ever heard of that? Yeah give her any kind of paper and she collects them – notepad paper, printing paper, tissue paper, wet tissue paper, cardboard paper, toilet paper, etc. She’s mad. Toilet paper?! Who collects toilet paper?? It just plain ridiculous to me. Yes we do use them but do you really need 10 packs of 8 rolls of toilet paper in the house?? Forget it that was rhetorical I already know the answer. You think if there some sorta a crisis like a war, you think that toilet papers gonna save us?? What do we do with it? We can’t eat it. We don’t have that much shit when its wartime. We can’t bungee jump with it. We can’t even build a shelter with it. So what’s with all the toilet paper in my house?!! Sigh… life just can’t seem to get any weirder for me…
